Terms of Service

Draft for review · Version 2026-11-01 · Prepared November 1, 2026. Publish an effective date when this release is ready for approved member registration.

These Terms describe Figtree’s website and initial account features. Social connections, manager access, the Chrome extension, and OMNII integration are planned features; their presence in a roadmap does not mean they are available.

These Terms apply to the Figtree website and features that link to them (the “Services”). Read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account. Email/password enrollment asks for affirmative agreement. Google sign-in does not require a separate Figtree Terms checkbox and is not recorded as affirmative acceptance.

1. Omniant and Gio Celenza MGMT

Figtree is a product offered through Omniant, a division of Gio Celenza MGMT. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Gio Celenza MGMT operating through its Omniant division. Figtree and Omniant are product and division names, not separately incorporated companies or separate legal entities. Gio Celenza MGMT is not presented as a corporation or formally incorporated management company.

Figtree is a standalone service. You do not need an OMNII account, a GCM management arrangement, or an organizational affiliation to use features made available to independent users. Using Figtree does not establish employment, representation, a partnership, ownership of your work, or a management agreement. These Terms do not replace a separate creator agreement, management arrangement, or document-storage policy.

2. What Figtree provides

Figtree is being developed to help creators and managers understand social-account statistics through a website dashboard and, later, an optional Chrome extension. The current build provides a private, approved-member dashboard, account controls, and owner-only access administration. The sign-in entrance and legal notices are publicly accessible; the dashboard requires an approved account. Supported social-account connections, analytics collection, creator assignments, reports, and OMNII integration will be introduced separately.

The dashboard shows empty states until supported real connections are available. When real analytics become available, supported metrics and refresh frequency will depend on platform permissions, eligibility, API limits, and the age of the source data. Figtree does not guarantee real-time updates, complete historical coverage, unique-person audience totals, or identical definitions across platforms.

3. Accounts and age requirements

Private beta: only email addresses approved by Omniant may create or access an account. Using Google sign-in, knowing the website address, or previously having an account does not itself grant current approval. The configured owner Admin manages email approvals, pending entries, and access removal in the Admin panel. Approval does not create or impersonate a verified account, send an invitation email, or grant access to another member’s private analytics. Approval can be withdrawn for participation, security, or operational reasons; separate agreements and applicable privacy rights remain unaffected.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required for the Services in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority, obtain parent or guardian permission where required. Nothing in these Terms removes legal protections or rights available to minors. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

Provide accurate account information, use an email account you control, and protect your credentials and devices. Do not impersonate someone else or share a session. Google sign-in is optional where configured; your Google password is entered with Google, not given directly to Figtree. Report suspected unauthorized access to the contact below.

4. Account ownership and authorized access

You must own or be authorized to connect any social account. A manager title, organizational membership, public profile, or OMNII affiliation alone does not authorize access to private creator analytics.

Planned manager features will require an explicit authorization and an enforced access scope. Creators retain control over their own accounts. An optional OMNII connection is intended to share approved analytics summaries, with deeper information in Figtree; it is not permission to access OMNII messages, journals, email, files, or unrelated records. No such connection is active in this initial build.

5. Acceptable use

Report security concerns privately. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens, or private keys in a report.

6. Your content and our platform

You retain the rights you hold in your profile information, connected accounts, content, and other submissions. You give us limited, non-exclusive permission to process, store, transmit, and display information as necessary to provide the features you authorize, keep the Services secure, and meet applicable obligations. This is not permission to publicly promote private creator statistics or claim ownership of your creative work.

Figtree’s name, artwork, interface, software, and other platform materials remain subject to their respective rights holders. You may use the service for its intended purposes; you may not claim others’ protected material as your own.

7. Third-party platforms

Figtree is independent from Google, YouTube, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and Chrome. Third-party services control their eligibility rules, authorization processes, metrics, quotas, and availability. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their own services. We remain responsible for our handling of information as described in Figtree’s Privacy Policy.

When YouTube API features become available and you use them, you must also comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy explains Google’s practices. Future connections will identify the permissions actually requested, provide disconnection controls, and describe applicable data handling before activation.

8. Plans and payments

This initial release is free during early access and does not collect payment information, enroll you in a subscription, or charge you automatically. Paid management plans are marked “Coming soon.” Their features, prices, and launch timing are not promised.

If paid plans are introduced, applicable pricing, billing periods, cancellation terms, and other material conditions will be shown before enrollment. Continued use of a free account alone will not constitute permission to charge you. Any separate creator-management commission or arrangement is independent of Figtree and must be governed by its own agreement.

9. Reliability and professional decisions

Statistics can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Check source-platform information before relying on an important number. Analytics do not guarantee growth, earnings, brand deals, or any other outcome. Figtree does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Maintain copies of important records and reports. Figtree is not a replacement for your source accounts or a guaranteed permanent backup. Features may change or be restricted while the product develops.

10. Suspension, deletion, and leaving

We may restrict access for misuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or operational needs. Where reasonably practical, we will communicate significant changes. You may sign out, request support, export available account information, and request or use supported account-deletion controls.

Account deletion removes active Figtree account records through the implemented controls. Provider logs, limited backups, legally required records, and copies already lawfully received by others may be handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting Figtree does not delete your Google or social-platform accounts, an OMNII account, or a separate management agreement.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent the law permits. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights, protections for minors, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law requires it.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or select a governing jurisdiction in this draft. Applicable legal rights remain available.

12. Changes

Changes will display a revised version and date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and additional consent will be obtained where required before introducing a materially different use of information. Changes do not retroactively replace obligations under a separate agreement.
